Have you ever wondered how one’s vision evolves from when they were students to when they hold an important position in their field? Well, when it comes to fashion designers, we certainly would love to know! Simon Collins, the dean of Fashion at Parsons The New School of Design since 2008, came up with the idea of this book and brought it to life to give us this opportunity to learn about the brightest fashion geniuses that were students at Parsons.

In fact, that’s the least we can expect from a school that has been synonymous with the best in American fashion for over a century. What makes this book a must-have for every fashionista? Well, this richly illustrated volume dives into this legacy through interviews, exclusive archival sketches and testimonies of the school’s brightest stars. Think Donna Karan, Alexander Wang, Jack McCullough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler – to name a few!
