An Azyaamode Exclusive on Dior’s “Winter Garden” Design
The wall of the winter garden of Monsieur Dior's Paris home was once decorated with an ornate that appeared in the background of many photographs. This piece of art was brought to life through Dior’s Autumn-Winter 2022-2023 collection with the “Winter Garden” design. Inspired, Maria Grazia Chiuri reproduced and reworked this naturalistic motif and turned it into prints and embroideries that were translated through a multitude of techniques on several pieces – think a redefined Bar jacket, dresses in organza silk, a coat with the design in silk threads and a lot more.
