Fitness Has Never Been Easier

Our fight to get back into a fitness routine after a long holiday season is still on and we always prefer to keep things as simple as possible. So here are a few simple tips to regain our beautiful and perfect body.

– Hydrate well and drink a lot of water so you can stay energized during your exercise session.

– Find yourself a fitness friend because they will help you stay motivated and will inspire you.

– Make sure to get yourself three diet-friendly items during your next visit to the grocery store: balsamic vinegar, in-shell nuts and fat-free plain yogurt.

– Submerge your lower body in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes in order to relieve your muscles after a workout session.

– For your late-night sugar cravings, go for fruits with a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter to avoid pushing yourself over the calorie edge.

– Buy yourself a comfy pair of sneaks. Shop for them in the evening when your feet are swollen after a long day and make sure they are a little roomy.

– Make a playlist with songs that get you moving, as running music is a great way to enjoy exercising.

– Make sure your plate is half full with veggies and leave the other half for your steak, fish, or chicken.

– Now just because you are on a diet, doesn’t mean that you have to stay at home and skip out on all the fun. Plan your day ahead of time, and if you have a dinner to attend, make sure you opt for lighter food all day.

– If your weekend is full of birthday, dinner and wedding parties, you should know that ahead of time. So try taking an extra 15-minute walk around your office each day so you can indulge guilt-free!
