False Lash Guide for Holidays

Always try on your lashes before applying glue. This way you can see the length of the lash and also how wide the strip is. If it’s too wide for your eyes, it will make your eyes look droopy which defeats the whole purpose. Always trim the outer edge and not the inner because the long ones are the ones you should be cutting. The inner corners should be shorter to give you a more natural realistic look. Curl your lashes and add mascara before applying.

I always have trouble picking the right size lashes for my eyes or face shape. After some research, here’s what I found: if you have a more angular squarish face shape, use something more subtle like a fluttery wispy natural looking lash. Huda Beauty Classic False Lash in Giselle #1 is a good option. For an oval or roundish shape, you probably have softer features so you can go bolder and more dramatic. The Scarlett #8 is a hot option. Here’s a tip if you have a smaller chin, use lashes that are much longer at the ends to widen up your face.

If you still can’t figure out which one works for you just get some individuals and follow your natural lash line just make sure to apply on your lid not onto the lashes.
