Trending big time on the beauty scene for Spring 2017 is the return of Aqua Blue Liner. The best part is, this statement trend  works with every skin tone. Choose your favorite shade of blue, from pastel baby blue, to Teal, all the way to a deep royal blue. Metallic or matte, is a matter of preference. The trick here is to be minimal about it and add this to minimalistic makeup.
