Healthy Skin Month

Whether it’s the changes in weather or all the festive parties, my skin needs some extra love around this time of year. I decided that the best way to begin the season is by really focusing on taking care of my skin. Won’t you join me?

It’s all about preventing damage; so here is what we are going to do.
Of course, the most important and somewhat easiest way to improve our skin is by drinking more water. If you want to kick it up a notch, add a hot Green Tea daily and consider using it as a substitute for your coffee. If you always have the heater on like I do, make sure to use a humidifier since the air in your home will be super dry.

Getting enough sleep is almost impossible around this time of year, but try your best to get enough rest to wake up with glowing skin. I know it’s nice to take a warm bath this time of year, but try not to use hot water at least on your skin. No matter what products I’m using I have noticed one thing that works the best, consistency. If I stick to using certain products daily and nightly consistently, over time I will definitely see results. Remember your skin needs time, so don’t try a product for a week and switch to something new that will actually make your skin worse.
