All About Teas and their Effects

Whether you drink your tea iced or hot, drinking tea daily has more benefits than you think. To unwind and relax, nothing says cozy like a chamomile tea right before bed. Before you toss that tea bag, let it cool and put it on your undereye area in the morning to depuff.
I love the scent of Jasmine Tea, but I had no idea that it has antiaging benefits and even balances your hormones.

Been out in the sun? Go for some green tea to reverse the damage. I am obsessed with Starbucks Green Tea Iced Tea, not only for energy but also the taste.
Noticing some fine lines? Rooibos is the red tea you need. This just happens to be my favorite tea, but sometimes I am so busy I forget to drink it and it cools down. Instead of reheating it or tossing it I get a cotton pad and use it on my face as an anti-inflammatory toner.

On a different note, did you know that most skin issues are caused by inflammation in the stomach? Ever notice how your skin looks the day after a greasy dinner? That said, another gem: ginger. I always have a fresh batch of it laying around, so I make ginger tea when I’m sick or I have a stomach ache.
Drinking tea is the easiest form of self-love, sit down relax and enjoy a cup today.
