The Lady Dior, one of the House’s constantly evolving icons, went through a new makeover. Bringing together modernity and elegance, it encapsulates the quintessence of the Dior style with its architectural lines and distinctive cannage. This season, for the eighth edition of the Dior Lady Art Project, a new group of artists came to play the metamorphosis game, transforming this object of desire into a veritable work of art. From Mircea Cantor to Jeffrey Gibson, Gilbert & George, Ha Chong-hyun, Lee Kun-Yong, Mariko Mori, Ludovic Nkoth, Hilary Pecis, Mickalene Thomas, Zadie Xa, Michaela Yearwood-dan, and Xu Zhen, the multi-expressive personalities shared a common goal: to sublimate the heritage and fundamentals of this fascinating symbol, in the light of their own singular universe.

Once again, the Lady Dior is transposed into a unique creation, an emblem of inventiveness and poetry.
