The Qode Teams Up with UNICEF to Mark its 7th Anniversary

To celebrate its 7th anniversary, the Qode held its annual “season opening party” at the St. Regis Dubai’s grand Astor Ballroom in Al Habtoor City. Indeed, the luxury PR, Digital and Events agency joined forces with UNICEF to launch a silent auction to raise funds for children with urgent needs across the Middle East. The auction was managed by Sixteen 10 and the items were donated by The Qode’s clients including St. Regis Dubai, Berluti, Sephora, Suzanne Kalan, Philipp Plein, Maison Des Fleurs, The Rug Company, Prismologie, Katsuya, Nadine Kanso, Moda Operandi, The Odd Piece and Clinique La Prairie – amongst others

Commenting on the party, Managing Partner Ayman Fakoussa said: “We wanted to make this year’s party meaningful. We had all these lovely people gathered in one place, so we decided to leverage this to make a difference in the lives of so many children in the region who desperately need our help”.

The party was chockfull of VIPs, media, clients and partners, all of which indulged in a menu prepared by Chef Vincent Francis and his culinary team accompanied by Belvedere infused cocktails. Guests reveled in the enchanting performance by dancers dressed in the style of Marie Antoinette organized by Dan Bolton and Danny Lee.

“We are so grateful to all those who were so generous to support the event this year – we were truly overwhelmed by everyone’s generosity. We really look forward to this night every year, as it is a chance for us to celebrate with our clients and media friends and of course thank them for supporting us over the years,” said Dipesh Depala, Managing Partner.

The event’s proceeds will be going to UNICEF’s ‘No Lost Generation’ Initiative to allow children caught up in crises in the region to continue their education, providing them with access to psychosocial therapy, safe learning, play areas and leadership opportunities.
