You’re probably thinking “what’s a belt bag”? Well, it’s really a rather simple definition. It’s actually part of Burberry’s collection of bags inspired by the silhouette and attitude of the House’s trench coats.

Indeed, the bag’s shape draws inspiration from the contours of the lapel and soft movements of the classic gabardine fabric. But most importantly, the exquisite bag features an oversized trench-inspired belt. True story.

Starting March, you ladies will be able to revel in two different sizes, medium and large, while a small size will be introduced in May. The collection’s different styles will include a tonal belt and an additional one in a contrasting color, with bags ranging from a black base with a sea-green lining and an additional bright-yellow belt, to a pale ash rose base with a mineral-grey lining and an additional black belt and finally, a chalk white base with a bright-yellow lining and an additional sage-green belt.

Designed in London and handmade in Italy in a specialist workshop, the bag includes an adjustable, detachable cross-body strap and opens up to a contrast-colored lining.
