How to Prepare Yourself for a Spa Day

For every woman, a day at the spa is like a day in heaven, so when you book your appointment, all you have in mind is to relax, unwind and pamper yourself a little bit. Here are some useful tips to ensure the best spa experience that will keep you longing for your next visit!   

1 – It is essential to book your treatments in advance to guarantee that the spa you’re visiting will be able to perfectly accommodate your needs. It is also important to communicate with someone directly at the spa, because they are the only ones who will be able to help you choose the perfect treatments with optimal results.

2 – Dressing appropriately is very important, so keep your jewels and accessories at home, and bring a pair of sweatpants and a loose cotton top in order to preserve the relaxing feeling of your day. Towels, bathrobes, soap and shampoo are all provided by the spa, but you’ll definitely need a bathing suit and sandals for your sauna if the latter is not private.  

3 – Eat lightly before arriving to the spa so you don’t feel heavy and bloated. Also, drink plenty of water before, during and after your visit to stay hydrated.

4 – Arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your appointment to check in, fill out paperwork and take a tour of the place in order to discover what is available to you.
