Choose a lip liner and a lipstick of exactly the same color. Sharpen the lip pencil and line your lips, as this will help keep your lines clean. Apply your chosen lipstick and blot, as too much lipstick will cause the glitter to slide.

Now it’s time to apply the glitter! The latter should be of the same color as your lipstick and preferably come in the form of powder for a subtle, yet bold look. Once you’ve picked your product, shake 2 drops of liquid base into the lid of your glitter. Wet the tip of your brush with it until it becomes damp – but not dripping wet – and press it into the glitter. Here, you have to make sure to get rid of all the excess before removing it. Apply the glitter using pressing movements and start off at the center, then head outwards. Just avoid sweeping the brush in order not to smear the glitter. Repeat the previously mentioned steps when the brush runs out of glitter.
