Feel Great in Comfortable Heels

Nothing will ever be as comfortable as a pair of good-old sneakers – no matter how hard you try. But the fact is, you can’t go to your work meeting in sneakers, neither can you “sneaker” you way in to fancy dinner.

High heels are a wardrobe mainstay, not to mention a great way to elongate your silhouette and a guaranteed technique to look elegant. But unfortunately, nothing in life comes without a price – and said price is blisters, blisters and forever blisters. How many times have you wished you had Gisele Bundchen’s infinite legs just so you could avoid wearing heels? And how many times have you secretly wanted to throw them all out just so you can let your pretty toes breathe? If your answer is “too many times” then this article is just for you.

We’ve come to realize that there’s always a loophole somehow and in this case, the loophole is in the way you pick out your shoes and heels. Scroll down for more details!

  1. First of all, a proper fit is of dire necessity. If the shoe is too small, then there’s no point in wearing it – hello cramps. If the shoe is too big, then you’ll trip and end up in the ER.
  2. In general, thicker heels are much better at sustaining your weight than thin ones. So if you’re not much of a steady person, we suggest you opt for thick heels.
  3. Platforms are always a good idea. Indeed, the padding makes it a lot more comfortable to walk and stand on, permitting you to feel lightweight and restless all night long!
  4. If you’re wearing heels that are not securing your feet, then odds are you will fall at some point. So pick heels that are well secured on your feet and make sure it’s impossible for you to slip out of them.
