Dressing Slimmer

It has long been argued that women perfectly study their way of dressing, hence executing the perfect style for costumes that make them look slimmer. While some men don’t care much for this phenomena, others have adopted the same strategy to look slender themselves. Can you guess who the winners are at the end of the day?

In this day and age, everyone wants to look like their better selves – yes, even you! So why is it that some men look extravagantly charismatic although they harbor a fuller figure, while others just look plump? The way you wear your clothes and the way you style them is essential to your overall look. If you want to hide your holiday weight or you have some curves you can’t seem to get rid of, then all you have to do is master your way into the world of cover-up hacks. You, and only you, have the ultimate power to alter the way you look to others, so why don’t you take advantage of it?

  1. Don’t wear clothes that are too baggy and steer clear from the ones that are too tight. What you want to do here is pick the perfect ensemble that instantly fits your body.
  2. Always, always , wear a belt to accentuate the perfect fit. Don’t tighten it though! You’re just adding some flavor to your look!
  3. Go for a V-neck t-shirt or sweater to compliment your face. A round neckline will reflect a rounder shape upon your face.
  4. Do not, in any way whatsoever, wear prints. Always go for solid colors and more specifically, neutral shades.
  5. If you’re a shirt-kind of guy and hate t-shirts, then you should avoid tucking your shirt in. Instead, leave it hanging so it can make your belly look flatter.
  6. If you have a formal event and are obliged to wear a suit, then go for a pinstripe suit. The vertical lines will give your silhouette more composure.
  7. Wear darker clothes to slim the areas you want to hide.
  8. Leave your pockets intact! If you overstuff them, you’ll make it seem like all the fat you’ve gained went to your waistline. The slimmer, the better!
  9. Last, but not least, we know you’ve heard it countless of times and it’s definitely not a legend: black is slimming. So take it all in and wear an all-black outfit; you’ll be the new man in black!
