Dolce & Gabbana and Harrods Team Up for the Festive Season

A new festive partnership is born, bringing together world-famous brand Dolce & Gabbana and the famous department store Harrods. Indeed, the collaboration celebrates the 2017 festive season starting November 2nd till December 28th, where a traditional and festive Italian atmosphere will come alive on the department store’s luxurious grounds.

So if you’re a holiday-lover at heart, then brace yourself for a season to remember, chockfull of special window displays, dedicated pop-up spaces throughout the store, a traditional Italian street market with pupi, lighting, carousels and decorated trees and not to mention a dedicated Dolce & Gabbana Holiday Tree.

The program of activities includes a Harrods Holiday Tree designed by Dolce & Gabbana and situated outside door 5 on Hans Crescent, decorated with gold ribbons and colorful lights.  A puppet theatre will take over the windows on Brompton Road & Hans Crescent, with two special guests in the form of marionettes – Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana – recounting the world of Dolce & Gabbana, from fine tailoring to fragrances to the poetry of everyday life.

Also, an exclusive collection designed by Dolce & Gabbana will be featured, from ready-to-wear to menswear, womenswear, childrenswear and accessories, as well as a collection of the brand’s Men’s Fine Jewelry including cufflinks, rings and pendants. The partnership will also unveil an exclusive pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses for Harrods as a nod to a night full of stars, with frames encrusted with bright crystals and dark blue lenses. Three new Dolce & Gabbana Make up collections will be presented, including Fall in Bloom, Emotioneyes and Royal Parade, exclusively sold at Harrods in the UK, along with four fragrances: The One Eau de Toilette, The One for Men, Velvet Amber Skin and Velvet Amber Sun.

To top it all off, each and every floor of the department store will be custom decorated for the special occasion, with a festive story kicking off on the ground floor with a pop-up boutique and unraveling on the 4th floor with a jolly festive market. Finally, a painter will be available for shoppers who would like to personalize their new Sicily bag with special hand-painted designs. Did we just die and go to festive-heaven? We think so.
