After presenting its Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2017-2018 collection, the House of Dior celebrated its 70th Anniversary within an exhibition entitled “Christian Dior: Couturier du Reve” at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Celebrities, A-listers and fashion endorsers gathered amidst a sea of 300 curated dresses to rejoice in the House’s glorious path.
The exhibition, which is pegged as the largest one to date at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, brought together the works of Dior’s great creative directors, from Christian Dior himself, to Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons and Maria Grazia Chiuri. Guests reveled as they explored the Houses enigmatic fragrances such as Miss Dior and J’Adore, as well the cultural inspiration behind the House’s legacy.
