Chloé Appoints Natacha Ramsay-Levi as New Creative Director

After the news of Clare Waight Keller’s departure hit the fashion industry, a lot of rumors were sparked as to who could live up to the designer’s irreverent talent.

Well, meet Natacha Ramsay-Levi, as she has now been confirmed as Chloé’s new creative director for Ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories, starting April 3rd, 2017. So lo and behold ladies and gentlemen, as a new Chloé era is about to begin with Ramsay-Levi at the helm of the House. Joining Chloe from Louis Vuitton, the French designer will now be representing the House’s free-spirited vision and of course, making a case for her rising glory.

“I am very proud to join a house founded by a woman to dress women. I want to create fashion that enhances the personality of the woman who wears it, fashion that creates a character and an attitude, without ever imposing a ‘look’.” – Natacha Ramsay-Levi.

“I am particularly happy to welcome Natacha to chloé. Her extensive experience at two prestigious fashion houses and her creative energy will further expand the Maison in Gaby’s vision : at the intersection of Parisian couture savoir-faire and the youthful attitude of the Chloé girl,” commented Geoffroy de la Bourdonnaye, President of Chloé.

One thing’s for sure though, we can’t wait to witness Natacha’s first collection for Spring-Summer 2018 come Paris Fashion Week in September!
