Celebrities Shine at Louis Vuitton Dinner

The last two days were buzzing with Louis Vuitton’s new collaboration with famed artist Jeff Koons. The latter led to the creation of a new bags and accessories collection that was officially unveiled last night in Paris with a dinner at the Louvre next to the Mona Lisa hosted by LVMH Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault and Jean-Luc Martinez, President-Director of the Louvre Museum.

The artist and select guests celebrated the launch of this collection, which through its know-how, pays tribute to the house’s values. He re-created masterpieces by da Vinci, Titian, Rubens, Fragonard and Van Gogh on iconic LV bags such as the Speedy, the Keepall and the Neverfull. To faithfully reproduce the artworks on the bags’ canvas, the house has employed the most advanced techniques and craftsmanship.
