Bid Farewell to Heavy Purses

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to carry a light bag? We’re sure your neck and shoulders would be very happy with the results! If you think about it, half of the things you find in your purse are seriously useless, but women always find an excuse as to why they just “have to have them at all times.”

It’s one thing to carry around your essentials, such as your wallet, keys, heck your makeup kit. But it’s a whole other thing to pack your jewelry box, closet and the entire neighborhood. So here’s an idea: why don’t you try going lighter?

1 – The first step in the swapping process is to empty your bag on the bed and to accept that your purse is not an abyss.

2 –  Once you do that, get rid of your wallet and replace it with a smaller cardholder. And no, you don’t need the burdening pile of receipts, just stash them in your drawer.

3 –  Let go of the “just in case” stuff. No, you won’t be needing your gift cards. You definitely won’t need the large bottle of hairspray, and you can take a pass on the “in case of a zombie apocalypse” machete too. For the love of everything, please leave that at home.

4 –  Your makeup kit shouldn’t contain every single foundation and every single eyeliner. Just carry the essentials with you like your powder, blush and lipstick and leave the rest at home.

5 –  Empty your bag from all the heavy coins – don’t underestimate these little babies.

6 –  Spread the weight across two bags if you really have to carry a lot of things such as your laptop and whatnot.

Ready for a purse overhaul? Your back will thank you later!
