Paris Fashion Week is over, yet the charm of the beauty looks that made their glorious appearance on the runways is still strongly affecting us. Needless to say, the city of lights and love was filled with style and like every season, this one has its own offerings – from fashion to accessories, makeup and hair.
Beauty was in fact every designer’s way to express the brand’s vision for women further, which made this week as perfect as it could be. Well, every show had its own style and its own interpretation of beauty. The natural, barely-there makeup came on top of the list, from the fashion shows of CHANEL, Agnes B, Isabel Marant, Givenchy, Akris, Balmain, Ann Demeulemeester, Loewe, Balenciaga, Stella McCartney, Nina Ricci and Alexander McQueen, proving that it’s here to stay. Smokey eyes followed and took second place on the list – taking over many runways, from Paco Rabanne to Elie Saab, Hermès, Velentino, Andrew GN and Miu Miu. Dark, red lips also had their share of this beauty celebration and made the models at Chloé and Louis Vuitton as charming as ever!
