The internationally renowned SUSHISAMBA restaurant partnered up with Sunset Hospitality Group and will land in Dubai this November, thus taking its first step in the Middle East. It will grace the 51st floor of Palm Tower with its presence, which allows us to dive in the beauty of an unobstructed 360-degree view of the Palm Jumeirah coastline, the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai and the Dubai skyline while we enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.   

Even though it is known for its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture and cuisine as well as its passion for music, art and design, it will add to its portfolio the refined glamour of Dubai so it resembles more its people. In fact, only the seafood and fish at SUSHISAMBA Dubai will be flown in from Japan, but the restaurant will be supporting local businesses and sustainability by sourcing fresh, organic vegetables and produce from UAE-based farms.
