Born from a lucky star and the rose, Monsieur Dior’s favorite flower, the House of Dior ushers in a new chapter filled with elegance and finesse. Taking us once again on a journey through the Maison’s history, Creative Director of Dior Joaillerie Victoire de Castellane reinterprets the medallion-turned-icon she first created to pay tribute to Dior’s founder.

From the historical Granville Garden to the eighth arrondissement of Paris and the world, the Rose des Vents family welcomes new creations that add sophistication to this exquisite story. Along with the necklaces and bracelets of white gold and mother-of-pearl, of yellow gold and lapis lazuli, turquoise and mother-of-pearl, or rose gold with onyx and pink opal, two sautoires in yellow gold paired with turquoise, lapis lazuli, mother-of-pearl, chrysoprase and pink opal join the iconic collection, as well as diamond paved and rose gold and onyx versions. This is not all, as four pendants and five reversible rings also casted their charm on these new additions.

It all started with a gouache sketch, which de Castellane transformed into a jewel by cutting it out by hand in a malleable green resin, and using the age-old wax technique, she replaced the wax with gold then carefully reworked down the medallion to the smallest detail. Whether worn hard stone side or wind rose side out, the finesse is and will always be what sets this collection apart.
