Now that we can’t move around as much as we used to, we shouldn’t lose our pace. Therefore, exercising is mandatory to keep your metabolism boosted. Take a Zumba class online, do your own training or whatever keeps you active, but keep moving.
Find ways to stay relaxed. Calm your mind and let a book take you on a journey to its world where its stories take your mind off these trying times.
If you have kids older than 3 years old, most probably they’re having online classes. Cease the opportunity to see up-close what they learn and enhance your relationship as you exchange ideas about their lessons.
