Objets Nomades by Louis Vuitton

It was during Milan’s Salone del Mobile that Louis Vuitton unveiled its Objets Nomades collection at the Fuorisalone design fair. Indeed, the French Maison launched 13 new Objets Nomades & Les Petits Nomades by 3 new designers including Atelier Biagetti and Zanellato Bortotto.

The whole concept kicked off in 2012, with the purpose of developing a collection created in collaboration with international designers – all of whom come up with objects inspired by travel and most importantly, by Louis Vuitton’s exceptional savoir-faire. Just last year, “Objets Nomades” were joined by “Petits Nomades”, also known as a range of smaller functional and decorative creations.

With creativity, functionality and innovation at the forefront of Louis Vuitton’s core values, the Objets Nomades collection is yet another testament to the House’s long-tradition of exceptionally crafted travel-inspired objects. Today, both the Objets Nomades and Petits Nomades collections span over a multitude of other objects from swing chairs to mirrors, tables to lamps, stools to sofas. It’s in the expertise of these projects that designers and the House’s creative artisans put together their iconic savoir-faire and Louis Vuitton’s traditional values to imagine the unimaginable.
