This expansion is the House’s return to an iconic collection with a new selection of bags and small leather goods in bold shapes and colors that now include fern blue, a sophisticated shade of teal, and broadens leather offerings in two existing shades: British green and forged iron, a modern grey color.
The new multi-functional shapes include: the Montblanc 142 Bag with its sleek, elongated design recalling the Meisterstück piston filler, the only filling system used in Montblanc writing instruments since 1948, the Montblanc 146 Bag in the form of an open tote, and the Mini Sling Bag that comes as a sportier take on the original Sling Bag. As for the ones that got a color update, they include: the Compact Envelope Bag with M LOCK 4810 buckle, the Pouch which can be easily attached to large leather goods for diverse wearing options, and many more.
A selection of small leather goods, accessories, and the Montblanc #MY4810 cabin trolley in full-grain bovine leather complete this extension in black and British green. Along came the original M LOCK 4810 buckle, which has been redeveloped in transparent Plexiglas to expose the internal mechanism of the lock to add a fascinating technical touch.
