Morph into a Fun Mom for the Holidays

Nothing is more joyful than the holiday season, and your kids definitely know that! So, it’s the time to transform yourself into a fun mom and immerse them in the holiday spirit. And to do so, you need some out-of-the-box ideas that will make spending time with family and friends as amusing as it can be. So, to help you achieve this task successfully, here are a few activities that will make the festive season one to be forever remembered.

1 – Kids love painting, so why don’t you get them some white balls or old t-shirts and let their creativity run wild by letting them paint on the pieces.

2 – We know how much you like getting photographed, so planning a family holiday-themed photo shoot will make you both happy and give you the chance to create memories and keep them in a photo album.

3 – Living in the Gulf means that the holidays are snowless, and that might be a little sad if your kids really want to build a snowman. But did you know that shaving some ice could allow them to do so? Yes, it will be super messy, but it will definitely be worth it!

4 – If you want to get the best out of your kids’ imagination, ask them to write their own holiday storybook.

5 – Baking cookies or biscuits and decorating them is a classic during the festive season. Need we say more?

6 – Netflix is filled with festive movies, which makes a movie marathon with some popcorn a great activity to gather the family.

7 – Kids like singing and we bet that a festive karaoke night will be a great idea, especially if you invite their friends over.

8 – If your kids are into handcrafts, there is so much you can do to feed their love. Have you thought about giving them the opportunity to craft holiday cards or a calendar for 2019?

9 – During the holiday season, festive markets are everywhere, so dedicating a whole weekend to visit each and every one of them will make your children super happy!

10 – For New Year’s Eve, allow your kid to celebrate by hosting a slumber party for his or her friends.

11 – Don’t forget that the festive season is the season of giving and your kids should learn that. Therefore, let them clean up their toys and plan a visit to an orphanage where they get to make other children happy as well.

Happy holidays!
