Now that I am a mom myself, I really look at my own mother aka “grandma” in a whole new light. The amount of endless love and hours of sacrifice she, and all mothers, have given us is like no other. With Mother’s Day around the corner we wanted to share a special way to make her feel unique.

First off is flowers. We’re not talking about just an ordinary bouquet, but this is more of a DIY project. So here’s what you need to do:

-Using any cute sturdy gift box with a lid, cover the bottom with a plastic bag.
-Arrange floral bricks at the bottom.
-Next, get her favorite colored roses and line them up in rows.
-Water them lightly and leave the box in the fridge overnight and use this as a centerpiece when you take her out to lunch.

You can also buy her a bottle of her favorite perfume but have the bottle engraved with her name and a special message from you.
