Mada’en at 2020’s Arab Fashion Week

This year’s events are certainly different with all that is going on around the world due to the Corona virus crisis. However, it didn’t stop fashion enthusiasts from finding a way to keep things going. That’s why, as you all already know, this year’s Arab Fashion Week was held virtually.

When talking about 2020’s AFW, we can’t but mention Maison Mada’en which participated in the event and presented its Fall-Winter 2020-2021 collection. The latter interprets the fifties’ beauty through soft and dramatic shoulders, full embellishments, volumes and A-line cuts. Creative Director Farah Bseiso presented creations that reflect radical femininity using raw silk, taffetas, tulles and sequenced fabrics. The Jordanian Couturier, whose designs emphasize the feminine body, ended the show with a bridal look that reflects the charm of tulles.
