Gucci has always supported sustainability and circular production. In that matter, Gucci Circular Lines launched the Off The Grid collection. Creative Director Alessandro Michele designed the latter, and it includes different creations from genderless luggage to accessories, footwear and ready-to-wear attires. These designs are made of recycled, organic, bio-based and sustainably sourced materials, including ECONYL.
Simultaneously, Gucci is releasing a global campaign imagined by Alessandro Michele and shot by photographer and director Harmony Korine. It showcases a group of city dwellers who are living in a rustic treehouse built in the middle of a towering concrete and glass modern city. The contrast between the greenery and the skyscrapers perfectly embodies the message of living “Off The Grid”.
