Little Men in Bowties

Cover Photo Courtesy of Children’s Salon

We all find kids extremely adorable and cute. But have you ever spotted a kid sporting a bowtie? We promise you’ll be doing baby voices and acting like a crazy grown-up – as we’ve already done.

After all, children have a way of turning any wearable piece into an adorable, jaw-dropping look and we still can’t put our finger on it!

Since you surely have a lot of events and outings that require you to bring your children as well, we thought it best to highlight one small detail: kids look extremely dapper in bowties and here’s why. For one, bowties are the new and updated versions of ties and they make everything look preppy and chic. Second, they don’t take as much space as ties and third, they just recreate the mini-version of your other-half. Need we say more?

From preppy patterns to more discrete ones and so much more, we’ve scoured the best bowties that will make your little boys look like they never should take them off.

Sunnies for Girlies

Cover Photo Courtesy of Children’s Salon

Yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds. Now aside from the fact that our little princesses look hella cute wearing mini-versions of our sunglasses, they probably need them more than we do. Here’s why:

Well first, their eyes are even more sensitive to the sun than ours and second, whether it’s in the dead of winter or during summertime, sunglasses can really go a long way – practically speaking. But the best thing about them is that with time, they’ve grown to be more fashionable, and hence less of a burden for kids to wear them. Need we say more?

Endless-seeming holidays have surely come to an end, but that doesn’t necessarily mean our holiday spirit should too! This Fall, we’re making sunglasses as important as they are in the summertime and we’ve chosen the most adorable ones to do so. That said, take a break from your busy schedule and choose the most perfect sunnies to suit your little ones!

When it’s Your Little Girl’s Bedtime

Putting your kid to bed is most probably the hardest task for a mom. As your kids are still excited from their daily activities and their playtime with friends, you might be about to lose your mind after a long day of exhausting work. Getting them to sleep becomes even harder with the beginning of the school year, as we’re not only talking about a whole day of activities, but rather a whole season.

With this in mind, reading them a book would be a great way to calm them down and give them a beautiful story to dream about at night. This is not all, as bedtime stories enhance their imagination, encourage their love for reading – which is what every mother wishes for, increase their attention and improve their writing skills.

For girls, the ideal bedtime story would be one that counts the adventures of princesses. And if your daughter is a little bit older and has interests, she would be more than happy to listen to a story about her interests.

Below, we have picked 7 stories for your daughter – and you of course, because happy kids, make happier moms!

Smart Backpacks for Smart Boys

Cover Photo Courtesy of Instagram.com/Fendi

The very end of august means one thing and one thing only: school is back. And with all the “back to school” shenanigans comes a whole lot of responsibility from the parents’ side. After all, what will your kids be wearing come the big day? Will they be wearing something very comfortable or something rather stylish instead? But most importantly, which backpack will they welcome the new school year with?

With that in mind, every school year brings the same kind of dilemma – embellished backpack or a standard one, a mini backpack or something even more rectangular and larger. But if there’s one thing we can all agree on, is that the backpack should be small enough not to overload your children’s backs and large enough to contain their books and well, yummy snacks. The good news is that the styles are by the dozen and the colors even more so. So parents, this year, let your children step into school with taste and functionality with these adorable backpacks. Don’t worry, we won’t judge if you want to buy them all...
