Summer time is when we tend to use less products. It’s hot and sticky and we just want to be comfortable in our own skin.
The first thing on our list for this month’s favorites is sunscreen because although we should be wearing it all year round, summer is when most of us reach for one.

First off this is a lip pencil that is very creamy and soft. You can line your lips then color them in and the more layers you use the more intense the color gets. This is one of those things you throw in your bag, and you just keep reapplying because it feels good and looks great. This shade is so beautiful and get this, it’s plant-based and oh so good for your lips. I can’t wait to try more shades, I’m obsessed!

We are all about waterproof products in the summer and I just discovered the best eyeliner! I bought it at a drugstore but you can find these at Sephora. I don’t like to splurge on waterproof too much because I don’t use it all the time so this is a great inexpensive one. Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen has so much intense color. It goes on creamy so you don’t feel like you are rubbing away at your gentle eye area. It’s free of paraben, phthalate, sulfate, latex and alcohol and hasn’t been tested on animals. It’s also easy to smudge since it’s so creamy but once it dries it will stay put.
