If you are trying to shrink the size of your forehead, a very easy contour step is all you need. Using a matte bronzer such as the Hula Benefit Bronzer, swipe the product near your hair on each side of your forehead. This will create a shadow creating the illusion of a smaller forehead. 

Another way to make your forehead look smaller is to brush down your baby hairs. This will make your hair line appear lower. On that note, you can do the opposite for a larger forehead. Get your baby hair removed with a laser or for less commitment, try threading. Never apply bronzer to your forehead to make it look larger. Instead you can use a highlighter on top of your brow bone to accentuate the area. 

Back to making it look smaller, you can also get some side bangs to add some dimension and bring the focus to the center of your face. When taking pictures keep your chin up and face forward to give the illusion of a smaller forehead as well.
