From the Mademoiselle Privé collection, a new piece was born reviving all the objects that Gabrielle Chanel loved so dearly. Watchmaking meets high jewelry, craftsmanship and the opulence of the haute couture world in the Mademoiselle Privé Bouton collection, paying tribute to the button in the most exquisite of ways.

Inspired by military clothing and by the sailor’s uniform, this collection turns a very simple element into a masterpiece. The button, which surpassed its fastening function in Mademoiselle Chanel’s design to become a hallmark of her style, fastens the timepiece’s black tweed cuff ornamented by a golden braid and covers a small diamond-set dial. Forming this collection are five watches reinterpreting all that Gabrielle loved – a pearl, a carved lion, a camellia formed of diamonds, a Byzantine motif and the profile of Gabrielle Chanel in agate – and two high jewelry timepieces.
