As we spend more time at home, it’s important to keep things going normally as if it’s business as usual, only it’s from home. Make the best of it by spending more time with your kids and most importantly with yourself. How so, might you ask? Here are some ideas.

Bond with your kids; let them tell you all the stories you were too busy to hear and try to get to know them better. Kids can definitely surprise us with the things they know.

With your little angels around you ALL the time, you might not be able to exercise or do yoga like you used to, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible! Simply, let them do it with you.

Take some time to play together, whether it’s with Legos, puzzles or simply toss the ball around. Not only will this distract them, but it will help you get rid of some of your stress as well.

Now that the weather is changing, your home probably needs a good spring-cleaning: from clothes, toys and many other things getting in your way, you can finally clear it all out and get your spaces organized. Create give-away boxes, and send them to those who are in dire need.

Don’t forget to have some “me” time and do something for yourself. So why not work on that white smile you always wanted to have?

Can’t go to the movie theater? No problem! Dim the lights, pop that corn, choose your favorite movie, and enjoy a family movie night!
