Hedi Slimane chose the historic “Promenade des Anglais” in Nice, France on the Mediterranean coast to film the Baie des Anges, CELINE’s women’s collection for Summer 2022. To intensify in particular this cultural feeling, he chose a notable building for the setting: the centenarian palace Le Negresco, which is now a hotel symbolizing the “Belle Epoque” and neo-classical movements on the French Riviera. However, that’s not all, the launch also displays a lot of other French monuments that left special marks in history thus taking us on a cultural tour like no other.
