In Stade Louis II, Monaco – the famous football stadium – CELINE held what we can call an outstanding show. The House presented its Spring Summer 2021 collection while preserving all safety measures, and aiming to take our breath away no matter what. With amazing music, charming interplay of light and under the direction of Hedi Slimane, the show became just perfect.
Now, enough with the display as what really managed to make our hearts skip a beat was the collection itself. In fact, we can’t classify this collection in one category as it advances pieces of different styles for day and night – especially that shimmery black dress with the open back. Even the crop tops complemented with blazers that we saw more than once were nothing alike. And while the collection’s color palette might’ve been mainly calm, we can’t ignore the effect of the red leather jacket, the sparkling pieces, the floral prints nor the other lively details.
If we really want to describe the collection’s marvels we could go on and on for days and it wouldn’t be enough, that’s why I believe it would be best if I leave you to it with the photo gallery.
