Bulgari Brings Modern Italian Glamour to the Heart of Tokyo

On its ongoing journey to grace the world with the charm of its hotels and resorts, Bulgari landed in Tokyo. Bulgari Hotels & Resorts brought modern Italian glamour to the heart of Japan with the opening of their newest luxury hotel: the Bulgari Hotel Tokyo. Located on the 40th – 45th floors of Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, a new ultra-skyscraper, the hotel offers along with the unparalleled experience a dazzling view of the iconic red brick Tokyo Station, the Imperial Palace Gardens and the city, all the way to Mt Fuji. What makes its location even more convenient is the fact that the Hotel is within walking distance of the Nihombashi and Marunouchi financial districts, and Ginza’s unparalleled shopping and dining destinations. As for the inside, each of the 98 luxurious rooms and suites engulfs us with a relaxed elegance. Along with the hotel’s public spaces, they are designed by the Milan-based architectural studio of Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel – also responsible for the signature look of all eight Bulgari Hotels and Resorts worldwide.

Guests and celebrities met for opening events and celebrations during which we witnessed a fusion of Italian lifestyle in harmony with local history and culture. As Bulgari is still fully committed to audacity and bravery, it unapologetically links each of its hotels and resorts with one of the rarest and most precious gems. For the Bulgari Hotel Tokyo, it chose to associate it with a pink diamond, in honor of the beauty and harmony rooted in the Japanese culture and of the pink cherry flowers blossoming during the Sakura season.
