Bulgari and Rene Caovilla Unite in Venice for “Mediterranea” High Jewelry Show

With excellence – and of course, the serpent – being their common ground, Venice brought together Bulgari and Rene Caovilla, as the Roman jewelry house revealed in a runway show its latest “Mediterranea” high jewelry collection. In the magnificent setting of Palazzo Ducale, the exclusive fashion show was filled with wonders.

From Bulgari’s interpretation of the serpent to that of Rene Caovilla, the models looked as feminine, confident and elegant as they can be. In addition to the jewelry house’s stunning marvels, top models Eva Herzigova, Stella Maxwell and Blesnya Minher wore a never-before-seen version of the Cleo and Ellabrita sandals, which were especially designed for the event. And while the Roman maison celebrated the 75th anniversary of the Bulgari Serpenti collection, Caovilla commemorated 50 years of its famous Cleo sandal, which embraces the ankle with a serpent-shaped strap.
