Brazilian Blowout/Major Hair Makeover for Spring

I am a huge fan of the Brazilian Blowout, but I chose to take a break from it during pregnancy and nursing. It had been a while and I kept putting off getting it done again. My hair was becoming thicker and curlier and a bit healthier minus the going blonde incident I had last year. One day I finally saw a pic of myself after spending a good hour blow drying my hair and noticed how my roots still looked curly. I knew then it was time to get a Brazilian Blowout because my hair had gotten so curly, to the point where I just couldn’t control it anymore. I called my go to stylist and she was so excited to give me the results I wanted. I first colored my hair, got it washed and then got a haircut. The same day I also got the Brazilian Treatment and went home with pin straight hair. The next day I took a shower and couldn’t believe how amazing my hair looked. I admit the roots seem a bit flat the first few weeks after the treatment but overall my life had literally changed. No more feeling insecure when not having a chance to go to the salon for a weekly blowout. All I do now is let my hair air dry and then just use a curling rod to put a few curls in it. My scalp is a bit on the dry side but in general I feel so much more confident. I highly recommend it for those with unruly curls.
