But how could one stay smart when it’s a scorching start to the season? Well, styling linen shirts is as easy as 1,2,3. All you have to do is pair them with either cargo pants, a pair of casual jeans, jersey shorts or even another linen suit to seal the deal!

All-Things Feathery

Call them feathers, call them plumes or call them what you may, these little sensations are just the frosting on top of a very glamorous cake. But let’s talk fashion, shall we?

Feathered trimmings and linings were all the rage during the Fall/Winter 2019-2020 runways, what with designers and big Fashion Houses such as Valentino, Loewe, Attico – and so much more – sent out models in plume-infested outerwear. We’re talking feathered dresses from head to toe, feathered crop tops matched with pared-down trousers and last but not least, feathered coats. The styles were endless and the colors even more so. Designers went as far as adding these little soft darling to accessories such as bags, shoes and scarves – hello nineties – and not surprisingly, everyone who’s anyone is going gaga over the trend as we speak. And can we blame them really? The trend screams glam and glitz in all the right ways! As long as you’re sporting the right attitude, all you need to do is sit down, relax and choose your favorite go-to feathered piece!

Blue jeans are a wardrobe mainstay that no woman should ever go without, whether it’s for work-related purposes or for everyday needs. The great thing about blue jeans is that they go with pretty much anything, anywhere. Their versatility lies in their color and in the fact that they’re not complicated in the matching department. Although they’ve been with us through all the years and decades, each year brings new additions to their styling. So if you want to perfect your denim game this season, up your ante by giving your blue jeans a bit of dazzle, from pairing them with statement-sleeved tops to contrasting shoes. The Perfect Trousers for Winter

There are a few things that stylish men constantly change, with every season and every year: their shoes, their jackets and more importantly, their trousers. And while others wouldn’t give this matter another thought, we’re willing to bet that a fresh pair of trousers could get any man out of his bed.

Not that we have something against chinos – because we love them – but during the colder season, some men might rather switch their summer chinos with trousers that are a bit more warm, such as corduroys, wool pants and so on. And can you blame them really?

And with the rise of prints and patterns, we’ve noticed that plaid trousers were making a huge comeback, and so were more discrete ones. The secret to pulling off winter pants like a pro lies in the accessorizing department – pair your winter pants with brogues, desert boots or leather boots and forget everything anyone has ever taught you about men’s fashion. To help you out, we’ve scoured some of the best winter pants!

Chopard’s Happy Must-Haves

Diamonds are there to always make women happy and what actually make them happier are dancing diamonds! Exuding joy and elegance, Chopard’s Happy Diamonds collection - which is available at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons - makes the heart of every woman who wears these playful creations skip a beat. With every new selection of pieces that Chopard unveils under the name of Happy Diamonds, elegance gets redefined and jewelry proves once again to be a reason behind the smile of a sophisticated woman who never misses the chance to update her jewelry box with novelties.

In addition to carrying a message of love and joy, Chopard’s new Happy Hearts and Happy Hearts Wings jewelry pieces earn their place as the house’s new talismans of happiness, accompanying the modern woman through her daily adventures and drawing a smile on her face with nothing but a simple look at them every now and then.

One heart became a bouquet of hearts – spreading even more love through a necklace that embraces your neck with elegance. The same goes for the earrings, in which the heart has doubled to leave one resting against the earlobe and another positioned beneath the ear. More freedom and lightness is expressed through the new Happy Hearts Wings pieces – which bring together three hearts to create a butterfly effect.

With these novelties, Chopard proves once again that “Little Diamonds Do Great Things”. Join us and check out the new “happy” must-haves.

Style your Abaya Elegantly

Cover Photo Courtesy of Instagram.com/ounass

When it comes to abayas, there’s always the issue of “how to style it” and “what to wear with it”. After all, as simple as it is, it’s also a very complex addition to your look that could – with the right means – elevate your style ever-so glamorously. And while there are countless ways to make your abaya look even more sophisticated, there are some ways that have proven to be even more successful than others. Granted, the elegance of a Abaya comes with its style and artisanal factor – we’re talking lavish embroideries and other additions – but it all seems to come back to the way a woman brings glam to it. From adding accessories to pairing it with the right garments, let us explore together the different ways you can make your Abaya the one piece you never knew you needed.

1- To start off simply, and if you’re not a big fan of overzealous looks, start by thinking about the little accessories you can add to your Abaya. Of course, a statement bag goes a long, especially if it contrasts with the color of your Abaya.

2- With that in mind, your shoes are of dire importance in this matter as well, so pick ones that will highlight the style of the Abaya – whether it’s a casual one or more evening-worthy – and style your look accordingly. This season’s choices range from ankle boots to heeled mules and surely, statement pumps.

3- A Abaya looks perfectly swell with a pair of good-old jeans as it looks with a midi dress. Again, it all depends on the look you’re going for.

4- Since the abaya reveals what’s underneath it, pairing it with a beautiful blouse and a vibrant color will level up your style.

5- Going monochrome is always a good idea. Style your abaya with matching clothes and elongate your silhouette accordingly.
