No one like the designer himself can capture the beauty of his own work so, for his Alta Moda collection two years ago, Domenico Dolce photographed the most stunning women donning wonderful creations and the result is absolutely extraordinary. It’s the book entitled “Queens: Alta Moda di Dolce & Gabbana”!

Dolce prepared the clothes, accessories and jewelry for each of the ladies who grace this book with their contemporary royal attitude and style. The charm of the photos is not only the fruit of the unique creations of Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda and Alta Gioielleria, but also of the sumptuous Baroque interiors that welcomed the shoots and enhanced the feminine beauty and charisma that take over them. Furthermore, adding to this magnificent combination are forty paintings by famous masters that depict princesses, empresses and noblewomen of the last five centuries.
