Benefits of Pineapple

Summer is all about getting together for BBQs, and we recently had some guests over and as we were hanging out in the kitchen, we were using a really cool pineapple-slicer, and it got us to talking about the benefits of drinking the juice and eating the fruit. I have heard that it helps you with weight loss but how could something so yummy be good for you? What else are the benefits? 

The most obvious benefit is that it contains Vitamin C. But let’s skip to the most important one, how does it help you get skinny?

Well, it is known to burn fat.
It also helps digest food which leads to a healthier gut.
It helps with the strength of bones and contains many anti-oxidants that fight disease.
It even helps boost your immune system.
It’s also great for your skin and teeth.
Eating pineapple is even known to help your skin get rid of acne or large pores.

It also helps with your vision.
There really is no reason not to eat pineapples. Of course, with all sweet fruits, watch your portions since it is high in sugar.
