With a beautiful mix between then and now, Creative Director Virginie Viard highlights the classics as she continues on with Karl Lagerfeld’s legacy, and keeps his creative touch alive through CHANEL’s RTW Spring Summer 2020 Collection.
The collection was filled with bold colors: the block signature black, white, pink and blue were all over a series of jumpsuits and cardigans. Voluminous skirts matched up with light knits, and familiar maxi jacket silhouettes were a strong feature. Shorts and pedal pushers portrayed a youthful mood, as did the shoes that screamed ‘modern and easy to wear’.
