Arceau Harnais Français Remix, a New Object of Time by Hermès

Hermès’ expertise and creativity never ceases coming alive at every turn and this time, the house unveils a new timepiece. Like a painted porcelain miniature, the dial embodies the central element of the “Harnais Français Remix” silk scarf originally designed by Hugo Grygkar, the house’s creative designer from 1940 till 1959.

Framed by a white-gold case set with 82 diamonds, the engraved and hand-painted porcelain dial captures two harnessed horses that speak of the house’s mastery in creating watches that can be easily considered pieces of art. Limited to 24 numbered pieces, this timepiece beats thanks to its H1912 mechanical self-winding movement which is crafter in the Hermès Horloger workshops, alongside the gem-set gold case and the raspberry alligator strap.
