The wait is over as SUSHISAMBA finally opened its doors in Dubai. Being the highest restaurant on Palm Jumeirah, it allows us to live a unique dining experience with an impeccable view of the area. And with the award-winning architectural firm ICRAVE adding its magical touches to the restaurant’s interiors, we get to go on an immersive journey from Japan to Brazil and Peru. First, we start by entering the intimate and atmospheric lounge and bar area where we enjoy immaculately blended cocktails whilst a DJ, playing ambient Afro, Brazilian and Latin-inspired tunes, perfectly sets the mood. Then, once we reach the main dining area, we get more and more into the dynamic and vibrant vibes where the chef showcases the masterful cooking styles and techniques in a theatre-style open kitchen – the culinary centerpiece featuring SUSHISAMBA’s largest robata grill to date.

And of course, we should not forget the legendary SAMBA room, accessible exclusively via a separate entrance, where we can live a special SUSHISAMBA experience privately in an iconic venue for parties and events.
