7th Edition of Arab Fashion Week – Who, What and Where?

If you’re looking for a thing or two to do in Dubai this week, then look no more. As you already know, Arab Fashion Week is back for its 7th edition and this time around, the industry’s most prominent and emerging designers will be participating in the sartorial competition to introduce their Pre-Collections for Fall/Winter 2019-2020.

The week-long event promotes Arab fashion designers internationally, and is considered as the region’s largest designer showcase with an official place on the international calendar alongside New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week. What’s more the event is the only official fashion week in the world to showcase Ready-Couture collections – also known as Pret-A-Couture or Couture-A-Porter.

So who and what should you expect? Make sure you keep your eyes on Michael Cinco, Amato Couture, Yara Bin Shakar and Tony Miranda – amongst others – who will all be surely turning D3 and Citywalk into two fashion havens. Oh, and expect a whole lot of fashion-focused showrooms and talks as well! Don’t forget to stay tuned starting November 21st for highlights of the best collections.
