(Not So) Classic Headbands

If you’re thinking “too outdated”, think again. We’re not trying to channel any type of “Gossip Girl” related character, but yeah, headbands are back and they’re here to stay.

Headbands are so easy to style considering their versatility. After all, you have the most basic ones – i.e., the standard no-embellishments kind of headbands – and then you have the bedazzled ones, shining bright like a thousand little stars. Which ones will you choose? It all depends on the kind of woman you are and on the kind of attention you crave. Whether satin, velvet or even rhinestone-encrusted, headbands are nothing new to fashion. Heck, Dolce & Gabbana have been sprucing up their runway pieces with exuberant headpieces for the longest time. That said, designers have been bestowing headbands with a little modern revival, though reminiscent of with Grace Kelly’s hair accessories to Audrey Hepburn’s, Brigitte Bardot’s and so many more.

The only rule related to their success is: fancy headbands come hand in hand with paired-down outfits. With that in mind, check out all the headbands we’ve scoured for you.
