During this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, which will be held on August 30th, Stuart Weitzman will launch its first television commercial starring the face of the brand, Gisele Bündchen.
Directed by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino, the black-and-white video tells the brand’s story with music and dance while revealing its fall boots. In a choreography created by Marty Kudelka, Bündchen dances with a group of male dancers, wearing black leather KOKO booties.
Dancing in Stuart Weitzman shoes has become the brand’s signature over the last few years, thanks to the creation of custom tour shoes for some of the biggest stars in the music industry, such as Beyoncé and Taylor Swift. This commercial honors the brand’s story with music, making it ideal to be launched during an award show that celebrates music and performance.
