Sparkle in Color

As color embraces all things creative in the world of jewelry, we’ve been busy hunting for lovely designs from brands new and established. From far corners of the world – India to Brazil, and beyond – we have delved through jewelry and found eye-catching pieces inspired by architecture, nature and even the moon!

Enigmatic opals emerged as a hot favorite among jewelers, with many of them choosing the fascinating gemstone to bring their designs to life. We had to make a tough choice and come up with one jewel set in opal that reflected our love for color and the gem. We fell for the statement drop earrings by a very talented lapidarist, Pamela Huizenga. The earrings feature boulder opals alongside blue zircons, diamonds and sapphires set in yellow gold. Italian Jeweler Fabio Salini uses dramatic, yet soft volumes to craft unique pieces that exude a distinct character. His fondness for titanium, owing to its ability to absorb colors, result in vibrant designs and scintillating metallic shades; reminiscent of miniature sculptures. Indian jeweler Neha Dani’s fascination with titanium and her sculptural approach to design was realized in the new Blume collection, made in custom-colored rhodium finished titanium, 18k gold and gemstones.

If you love wearable art, you’ll find Tony Lent’s pieces, which he designs for his brand Anthony Lent, quite appealing. The sunface and triangle face are cheerful. However, we found the beaming moonface collection very adorable, along with the statement bracelet adorned with moonstones and diamonds in mesh platinum and yellow gold studded with tiny moonfaces.
