Look Slimmer in a Few Steps

Finding a woman who doesn’t want to look slimmer is extremely rare. We’re all wishing we could lose a couple of pounds from here and there- or have Kendall Jenner’s dreamy demure. But since genetics are genetics and we can’t do a single thing to change our metabolism, we might as well adopt some fashionable hacks to trick our secret admirers into thinking we’re way thinner!

If you’re having recurring dreams where your weight seemed to have miraculously dropped, then it’s time for you to make a change. An optical illusion will not only elongate your figure but it will also bring forth new styling ways to spruce up your outfit- and who’s ever had enough of that?

While being extremely skinny is not our short-term or long-term goal here, everyone seems to be wanting what they can’t have…that is until proven wrong! We, at Azyaamode, are here to tell you that there are many ways to give yourself a thinner appearance, from your garments to your shoes!

Avoid garments with hemlines stopping at your calves. Not only are they not flattering, but they’re also very outdated.

Always go for straight-cut trousers hitting your ankles. If you prefer jeans, then opt for a darker wash as to hide unwanted curves.
When choosing a neckline, always go for a V-neckline. Showing some skin gives the illusion of a leaner upper body and- wait for it – the silhouette of a ballerina dancer!

Pick one color and stick to it through your entire outfit. This trick will mindlessly create a vertical line, one that we all wish we naturally had!
Make sure your underwear fits you perfectly well. If your bra is too small for example, it will bring out bulges you didn’t have in the first place.
Don’t underestimate the effectiveness of fabrics. In fact, you should always pick fabrics that don’t add volume such as cotton, silk or even denim. Steer clear from velvety textures, taffeta and fringes.

If you’re into heels, then by all means, wear them! The trick here is to pick your shoes wisely; meaning, no bulky and chunky heels, just your run-of-the-mill stilettos!

If you’re not a big fan of the whole heel-shenanigan, fear not! You can still look thinner by wearing shoes that melt away in your skin color. For example, nude ballerinas or mules will give off a unified impression, hence elongating your legs and lending you a thinner appearance.
